Brief introduction

Xiangxin Electric Technology has been dedicated to provide the continuous copper wire extruding machine, aluminium wire extruding machine, single wire paper covering machine, multi wires paper covering machine, Kapton taping machine and Nomex / Glass Yarn covering machine for more than 10 years.

Xiangxin Electric Technology has been dedicated to provide all kinds of special three phase induction motors, and we can help customers design all kinds of replacement motors with physically fully interchangeable with the existing motors.

Xiangxin Electric Technology has successfully helped the overseas customers both in South Africa and in European Countries to build the production line of the extruding machines and covering / taping machines, and also have provided some replacement motors to overseas customers located in Syria, Italy and Spain.

Quality Assurance

Quality is our life, we insist on the strict quality control and management at every step, the fine raw materials are strictly selected to manufacture each spare part to control individual quality firstly, and the main control parts used in our machines are completely procured from our good quality suppliers, sometimes from ABB, SIEMENS or DANFOSS, for example, frequency inverter, servo control unit, servo motor and tacho generator according to our client’s request, the last packing of these machines with pallet is also carefully done to meet with the seaworthy way, all these accurate measures ensure us to provide a superior quality final machines and electric motors.

Installation and commissioning

Xiangxin Electric Technology offers the best technical services to the customers with professional installation, commissioning and training employees for our customers.

Warranty

12 months from commissioning, or 18 months from the delivery time, whatever occurs first.
